Hurricane Sandy has passed, but not the havoc it wreaked on thousands of people
Fundraising efforts by organizations like the Red Cross, that offer basic shelter, ready-to-eat meals, and other relief supplies to those affected by the storm, have been heartwarmingly successful. However, by their nature, these resources are given out over a broad range and mostly to the people hit the hardest.
